If you're easily offended, you might want to give this show a miss...
Brendan Burns is, as they say, a law unto himself. Snogging goats, handing out magic mushrooms, 'slutty dancing girls' and making offensive jokes about ethnic minority groups has earnt him a reputation as one of the most unpredictable and volatile stand-ups on the circuit.
He can certainly be offensive, people sat in the front rows at his shows often get a rough ride and he tends to shout throughout his routine. However, he is also widely regarded as a comic genius by critics and other stand-ups such as Jimmy Carr and Johnny Vegas, and often gets compared to cult comedians such as Bill Hicks.
His sell-out show at this year's Edinburgh Festival, So I Suppose This Is Offensive Now, received rave reviews across the board after his careful manipulation of highly offensive material led to a final insight that left audiences awestruck and gasping.
This performance of his new show Brendan Burns, Brendan Burns, Brendan F*cking Burns marks his first ever UK tour.
