Be transported into Christmases past through the grace and beauty of this traditional Christmas concert.
Performed by the Mozart Festival Orchestra, this evocative and moving concert sees beautiful Christmas music performed in full period dress by candlelight, including: Handel's Zadock the Priest, Let the Bright Seraphim and the Christmas sequence from The Messiah; Mozart's Laudate Dominum; Corelli's Allegrum and Pastorale from Christmas Concerto; and Vivaldi's Gloria (Opening Chorus).
There will also be many of the carols which have captivated audiences for centuries. With soprano Elizabeth Cragg and conducted by David Hill, this is the most elegant way to welcome in the festive season.
