Cirque Du Soleil Saltimbanco at MEN Arena 9 – 13 May

Cirque Du Soleil returns to Manchester with a captivating and magical show.

Saltimbanco is one of Cirque Du Soleil's most famous shows. Drawing inspiration from the Italian phrase "saltare in banco", meaning to jump on a bench, Saltimbanco finds magic in the life of the metropolis from towering skyscrapers to the bustle and energy of the city's streets.

Saltimbanco is perhaps the most joyful show in Cirque Du Soleil's repertoire. Where Quidam, the show that sold out the MEN last year, uses darker elements to highlight the tension of the story, Saltimbanco sees the world-famous circus troupe embrace kaleidoscopic colours and upbeat music in a celebration of the diversity of the city.
