Eddie Izzard brings his new show, Stripped, to the Manchester Evening News Arena this November.

Eddie Izzard’s latest show, Stripped, has already proved a giant hit in both London’s West End and across America. Taking ‘every single thing that has ever happened’ as his subject and the non-existence of God as his theme, Izzard takes his audience on dizzying and surreal tour of the history of the world taking in giraffes, Spartan soldiers, and an impression of the human appendix on the way…

Now Izzard has announced that he is to extend his Stripped tour into autumn 2009 and will play two dates at the MEN Arena. Unusually for such a big star, Izzard is adamant that tickets outside London should cost no more than £30. His managers have warned that certain sites are selling tickets for this popular show at vastly inflated prices, so we would like to assure you that our tickets are available through Ticketmaster, a legitimate ticket sales agent. However, we only have a limited number available and, given the popularity of Stripped, we fully expect these to go quickly. Get them while you can!
