Elbow live at the Manchester Academy 13th April

Elbow, who recently released their new album 'The Seldom Seen Kid', are hitting the road throughout April.

Incredibly, this band from Bury have only released four albums in their 15 years together. The time spent crafting each LP seems to pay off as fans and critics agree that their latest opus is another masterpiece of mournful, soulful Mancunian rock. The 'drinking man's Coldplay' is how the Brit Award and Mercury Music Prize nominated group are oft described, and it's funny that, because Coldplay frontman Chris Martin happens to be a fan.
