Bryony Lavery's gripping, four-times Tony award-nominated play arrives for a run in our city.
A 10 year old girl is missing. Her desperate mother, an investigating academic and a potential killer collide on a fateful journey that seeks truth and meaning. The mother, Nancy, retreats into a state of frozen hope, but still clings on to the belief that her daughter, Rhona, could be found alive.
At the same time, far away in New York, American academic Agnetha, working on her thesis Serial Killing, A Forgivable Act?, is called in to help police put together a psychological profile of the suspect.
That suspect may well be Ralph, a mysterious loner that may be involved in Rhona's disappearence.
The cast includes Joanna Bacon (Death of a Salesman), Mia Soteriou (Secrets and Lies), John Killoran (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest) and newcomer Joe Ransom.
