Il Divo, MEN Arena, 21st February 2009

Manchester Evening News Arena hosts the world’s most successful classical boyband.

Il Divo have been bringing passion and romance into the lives of their audiences since they first appeared in 2000. Since the four members were chosen by Simon Cowell at the close of a two-year search their ascent has been the stuff of dreams – culminating in an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most album sales for any multinational group, multi-platinum selling albums and onstage appearances with stars such as Toni Braxton and Celine Dion. They even have a star named after them.

Now the group are preparing to visit Manchester Evening News Arena following their latest #1 album, The Promise. With hits such as You Raise Me Up, Regresa a Mi, Solo Otra Vez, Hero and Unchained Melody sure to feature on the setlist, this is a concert you won’t want to miss.
