After selling out Manchester Academy in record time, Kaiser Chiefs announce a huge Manchester gig.
When we heard that Kaiser Chiefs were to unleash the hottest tracks from their new album in an intimate show at Manchester Academy, we knew it was big news. We weren’t wrong. The show sold out in record time, leaving thousands of Kaiser Chiefs fans disappointed.
The gig was one of the best shows seen at the Academy since it reopened, and riding high on their success the group have announced a huge stadium tour for March. With their first album Employment selling enough copies to certify them five times platinum and their hits Oh My God, I Predict a Riot, Every Day I Love You Less and Less, Modern Way, Ruby, Everything is Average Nowadays and The Angry Mob all having a serious impact on the charts, the band have one of the strongest fanbases in the country and their live shows are famous for their high energy and up for it crowd.
Tickets are already on sale for their March shows and after selling out MEN Arena last time they played at the venue and with support from Black Kids, this show is sure to be a winner.
