The dynamic comic and actor plays a series of stand-up dates at the Arena.
Lee Evans' Big On Tour 2008 will be the largest tour to date for Lee. He previously broke the Guinness World Record for a solo act performing to the biggest comedy audience at the Manchester Evening News Arena in 2005 when he played to a crowd of 10,108. Lee has said that he is "really keen to get back out on tour again and go all around the country. You get such a buzz from the live audience, the reactions are just so immediate and totally spur you on. There's nothing else quite like it."
He has starred in the theatre production of The Producers and movies that include The Fifth Element, Funny Bones, Mousehunt and There's Something About Mary. This year's tour sees him celebrating 20 years in the business.
