Paul Sinha at The Lowry 19th January

Archived: This event was in 2008.
The if.com nominee brings his King of the World show to The Lowry.
As the world's only gay Hindu GP-turned-stand-up-comic, Paul Sinha is a truly unique comic. His material is often very personal, exploring themes such as his childhood and coming out of the closet in the Hindu community, delivered at a rapid-fire pace that leaves the audience laughing and gasping for breath.
His latest show, King of the World, delivers his unique take on life, death, binge drinking, trivia fanaticism and the roulette tables of Las Vegas.
It comes after the success of his previous show, Saint or Sinha, which gained the comic widespread critical acclaim and a nomination for the If award (formerly the Perrier award) following his appearance at the Edinburgh Festival.
