In Gigs
New indie band The Pigeon Detectives get set to play their first full UK tour, including a date at Manchester Apollo.
Having already sold out their NME Brats show at The Astoria in Feb and Leeds Millennium Square (May 3rd) in record time, the band has a reputation for great live shows. Now Manchester fans are preparing to experience The Pigeon Detectives themselves when the band plays at Manchester Apollo on 24th May.
2007 was an exciting year for The Pigeon Detectives. As well as exploding onto the airwaves with singles "I'm Not Sorry", "Take Her Back" and "I Found Out" all charting in the top 40, the band also appeared at T in the Park and Reading and Leeds Festival. They were also nominated for Best New Act at the Q Awards and released their first album, Wait for Me, which charted at #3 in the UK album charts.
Their first UK tour stretches across sixteen cities and tickets are already selling quickly.
