Radiohead tickets to play Old Trafford Cricket Club June 29th

Radiohead announce Manchester date.

Over the last 15 years Radiohead have done more to change the sound of British rock and alternative music than any other band – not only through their own releases such as The Bends, OK Computer and Hail To The Thief, but in terms of the massive influence they have had on nearly every other British indie and rock band playing today.

This year, with the release of In Rainbows as a download where the customer decides the price, they have also started a revolution across the music industry. Many other artists are now considering following suit.

Rumours of a world tour in 2008 have abounded over the last few months, and the Manchester date is one of only four UK shows announced by the band. If you are hoping to see them at Old Trafford Cricket Club on June 29th, get tickets quickly. Support comes from Bat For Lashes and MGMT.
