The English tenor announces UK dates for the summer.
It seems mere weeks since Russell Watson was undergoing brain surgery but remarkably he is already recovering, and is back in the gym training to be physically rehabilitated in time for his forthcoming, UK, 13 date concert tour.
Salford-born Russell, or 'The Voice', can easily switch between a pop or an operatic style and has a crossover fan base as a result. The public are also familiar with his performances from during his early career at key football games that involve Manchester United.
Watson's vocal chords were not damaged by the tricky medical procedure and the tenor is anticipating a busy schedule during 2008, with even the possiblity of a new album.
