Santana plays at Manchester M.E.N. Arena 21st June

Carlos Santana (and his guitar) make a one-night appearence at the M.E.N Arena.

Now in his fourth decade of recording and performing, with 10 Grammy Awards to his name, Santana will appear as part of just three dates across the UK in 2008, playing a blend of rock, blues, soul, jazz and world music that is always enriched by his Latin heritage.

The Live Your Light Tour kicked off in Dubai in February and culminates in St. Petersberg in late July.
 With his sound having been 'rediscovered' by the music press and a new generation of fans, this could be a good time to catch up on Santana's past output and gain some understanding of his incredible longevity. Beverley Knight will be appearing as the special guest.
