If you’ve never been to a Sing-A-Long-A party before, you’re in for a treat this Halloween as the Rocky Horror Picture Show turns the Opera House into a decadent den of iniquity!
The Rocky Horror Picture Show has always been a cult classic. Originally a stage play, it went on to be released as a film starring Tim Curry and Susan Sarandon. It tells the story of a pair of wholesome American sweethearts who ask for shelter after getting caught in a storm. Little do they know that they are about to be plunged into the Annual Transylvania Convention, hosted by the evil Dr Frank’n’Furter and his minions Riff-Raff and Magenta.
The film was released in 1975. In 1977, cinemas in both the UK and USA began to screen it as a midnight movie. Scores of fans would dress up as characters from the film and participate along with the show and before long, it had turned into an international sensation. Since then it has gone on to become potentially the biggest cult film of all time.
Now the team behind Sing-A-Long-A Sound Of Music have created a brand new experience for both new and old fans. With dance routines, fancy dress competitions, props, on-screen lyrics and a compere to keep everyone reaching for absolute pleasure, this will be a Halloween party like you’ve never seen before. Virgins, beware!
