Stereophonics At M.E.N. Arena 10th December 2008

With the release of their seventh album due on 17th November, The Stereophonics announce a UK tour.

The most successful band to come out of Wales this generation, The Stereophonics have one of the most recognisable sounds of the turn of the century. They shot to fame with the release of their first album Word Gets Around, which earned them a Brit Award for Best New Group and was certified gold. Singles such as Local Boy in the Photograph, Bartender and the Thief, Just Looking and Have a Nice Day kept them at the top of their game and led to five #1 albums.

The band have a reputation for incredible live shows, regularly selling out stadiums and headlining festivals such as Leeds and Reading. Their seventh album, A Decade in the Sun: The Best of the Stereophonics, is due for release in November and is sure to reignite a love affair with the band.
