The Rose and The Ring at The Dancehouse, 29th – 30th August 2008

The Company Music Theatre showcase some of the north west's best young talent in their new fairytale musical extravaganza.

The Company is a foundation for youth music theatre with the aim of giving young people theatrical training and the chance to work on or perform in professional-standard productions. Their previous project, Neil Simon’s Little Me, won a four-star review from The Times during its run at The Bloomsbury Theatre.

Now they are set to bring their latest project to Manchester. The Rose and The Ring is a magical tale of a magic ring that can make the wearer beautiful, a magic rose that makes people fall in love, a mischievous fairy, a stolen kingdom and a pack of lions. With everyone from the assistant director through to the chorus selected from auditions held in Manchester, the amount of talent on display is sure to make anyone form the north west proud.
